ChineSpain is a marketplace of exclusive tourist experiences aimed at Chinese tourism. The company was born in 2015 by Lorenzo Palomares, Antonella Rodogno and Jesús Iniesta and its business model is based on being a specialized recommender based on parameters that the client chooses (number of days, budget, interests) in a way that generates A custom route automatically. This allows a hotel, restaurant or museum to sell to a Chinese tourist without speaking their language, without being on th... eir channels (Baidu, Wechat ...) or without having their payment gateways (Alipay, Union Pay or Wechat Wallet). ChineSpain also has an app that allows tourists to self-guide and receive recommendations, and they are currently in the process of launching a product called Catalog, which allows any store to sell its products or services through Wechat. Its commercial scope covers the Chinese market, to which it mainly sells products and services from Spain, although it has been opened to Portugal, Italy and France. In 2017 they have transacted more than half a million customers and in 2018 they will spend more than one million.
