Christiana Care Health System is centered on improving health, making high-quality care more accessible, and lowering health care costs. Based in Wilmington, DE, Christiana Care Health System is one of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region, serving all of Delaware and parts of Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. We are a not-for-profit teaching health system that includes two hospitals with more than 1,100 patient beds, a home health care service, preventive medicine,... rehabilitation services, a network of primary care physicians and an extensive range of outpatient services. Christiana Care is recognized as a regional center for excellence in cardiology, cancer, orthopaedics and women's health services, as well as for its Level-I trauma care and Level-3 neonatal intensive care (both highest capability).
