CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY
Civil Aviation Safety Authority is a government body focused on the maintenance, enhancement, and promotion of the safety of civil aviation in Australia. The body is also required to provide comprehensive safety education and training programs, cooperate with the Australian Transport Safety Bureau, and administer certain features of Part IVA of the Civil Aviation (Carriers' Liability) Act 1959. Civil Aviation Safety Authority was established in July 1965 and is headquartered in Philip, Australia.
