With a philosophy of making reusables free and rewarding to use, safe and convenient to return, we’ve achieved a market leading return-rate of 95% vs industry standard of 60%. Our aim moving forward is to build the next robust sustainable consumption model that sees our efforts roll out beyond food and beverage to other reusable product categories such as Home and Body through the scale of operations we have already built.
