COGEN has developed a model of operation, maintenance and energy management SPECIFIC FOR COGENERATION PLANTS , which ensures the maximum availability and performance of the equipment and an optimal operation from the economic point of view. The combination of the INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE that we have acquired during these years, based on the management of our own plants, and the innovation developed by ENERGY BY COGEN , allows us to offer a service of optimization of assets of unique generation in... the market. At present, COGEN produces 0.2% of the total energy demanded in Spain, enough to supply the energy demand of a city like Santiago de Compostela. We are one of the REFERENT COMPANIES of the energy producer sector by cogeneration. We own 5 plants (77.3 MW) owned and 8 cogeneration plants under management. We are a majority shareholder in the cogeneration plants of the DYC distillery in Segovia, the Knauf Group plant in Navarra and the Ercros Group plant in Tarragona.More
