Community Peace Developers Inc is a firm that agressively seek non performing notes secured by commercial and residential property . We specialize in working with banks directly to eliminate ""broker chains"". Our model consist of identifing viable deals in which we can capitalize on deep discounts; purchasing non-performing notes anywhere from 15-30 cents, then selling them for 45-65 cents. Our skill, drive, and expertise in real estate markets along with our community of investors in non-pe... rforming notes makes us a worthy company. We have currently developed a Real Estate Mobile App that will provide ""off market"" real estate deals directly from banks at discounts that investors strive to obtain. This app will limit the amount of time looking for viable real estate investments and save investors money due to the lack of need for real estate or note brokers.
