The CBR platform takes advantage of a growing trend of people using reviews as part of their decision buying journey. Review sites such as TrustPilot and feefo do not directly represent the actual provider performance in a specific category of insurance or type of interaction, but tend to be more brand based making it difficult for consumers to gain any understanding of how well these companies service their customers.
