CONBODY
CONBODY is a prison style bootcamp that employs formerly incarcerated individuals as fitness instructors. CONBODY was founded by Coss Marte, a former drug kingpin who created the CONBODY method while serving time in prison. Now, CONBODY uses fitness to raise awareness for criminal justice reform and provide opportunities for this marginalized group. CONBODY has hired over 50 former inmates and has a 0% recidivism rate. CONBODY has been featured in 200+ media outlets and has built a loyal following. CONBODY’s mission is to bridge a gap between two communities: young professionals and formerly incarcerated individuals, and normalize their re-entry. CONBODY provides prison style on-demand workouts as well as in-person group fitness classes.
