CREATE! ART COLLECTIVE

Create! is a member-managed Art Collective offering everything an artist needs, from creation through completion. We started as seven managing members, collaboratively building this valuable resource for Artists, Musicians and the Bay Area Community as a whole. With a growing number of members, we have formed an LLC and have built a solid business foundation. We have the plans, dedication, experience and determination. We are currently raising the funds to create the physical collective spa... ce. We need to raise $45,000 to lease an industrial warehouse in South San Francisco, and turn it into our physical collective space. This space will include a collective art gallery, artist studios, custom picture framing, Create!-your-own pottery, art supplies, classes and more. Being an Artisan Member of Create! Art Collective will increase your networking, self-promotion and collaboration opportunities as well as your chances of meeting industry professionals. Gallery showings, teaching positions and commissioned work are just three ways self-employed artisan members are able to generate a full-time income through the collective. Art enthusiasts will have several opportunities each month to view new art, premiere artist showcases and attend meet & greet openings. We will offer an assortment of member-led classes for artists at all levels, from beginners to experienced artisans, as well as open studio and pottery studio use. Community members are also able to save on art supplies, pottery and custom framing.More
