In Jan 2018, Crux Labs' first all-in-one telecom product, called Crux LX, became the first b2b product and one of the 26 hardware products, launched by a Singapore-based company, that gained success on Kickstarter, a popular US-based crowdfunding platform. Later in 2018, Crux Labs successfully registered Crux LX and received telecom dealer class license from IMDA. Crux LX is also certified by Singtel. Today, Crux Labs has 50+ clients spanning industries like Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing,... IT, Oil & Gas, and Retail, across 10+ countries. Four of Crux Labs customers have also chosen to invest in Crux Labs after experiencing Crux. Crux Labs is founded by Rohit Gupta, a Computer Sc engineer & MIT Sloan graduate with 20+ years of work experience with IBM, HPE, Wipro and two of his previous startups in India. Crux LX is a VoIP-based Unified Communications platform designed for SME to help them improve their workforce productivity and client retention, while paying for itself through induced cost savings in less than a year.
