Qnetex has completely resolved this issue. All of our POD data is digitally logged on the spot and immediately viewed by our team back at the depot, and drivers can easily record anything that differs from the original manifest, such as if any goods (and their cages) have been refused. So now we know exactly how many cages a customer has left and can immediately add that information to the schedule so they can be collected on the next drop.
