CENTER FOR SYSTEMS SECURITY & INFORMATION ASSURANCE
The Center for Systems Security and Information Assurance is an Advanced Technological Education (ATE) National Resource Center funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Through many curriculum improvement projects, CSSIA has offered students with real-world learning experiences in information assurance and network security since 2003. These initiatives include expanding and improving cyber security skills events and competitions, developing national infrastructure models for skills and l... earning based on the creation of scalable and affordable remote virtual lab environments, establishing mentoring programsย for secondary and post-secondary teachers and faculty, and developing national infrastructure models for skills and learning based on the creation of scalable and affordable remote virtual lab environments. They provide cybersecurity education, information technology, information security, cybersecurity curriculum, women in cybersecurity, cybersecurity skills, cybersecurity training, and educator training.
