CTR was established in 1994 by Joseph Palmieri and Robert Kellerman. CTR began with the co-owners cleaning up soil that had been contaminated from a leaking underground oil tank. The knowledge and experience of our staff along with an impeccable reputation gives clients the confidence to call on us. Management has over 100 years of experience in environmental work and all employees meet or exceed all OSHA training requirements for hazardous waste operations and emergency response regulations.
