The Venezuelan Petroleum Corporation, "a subsidiary special purpose" of Petróleos de Venezuela, controls and administers all matters relating to the business conducted with other national oil companies or foreign capital. Thus, this subsidiary of PDVSA maximizes the value of the Venezuelan state oil depending on employee welfare, through the recently created joint ventures , the Association Agreements, Conventions Exploration and Profit Sharing, developing gas projects offshore, and the Proj... ect Quantification and Certification Orinoco Oil Belt, by which prove that Venezuela is the country with the largest oil reserves in the world. Likewise, the CVP is involved in the modeling of future business with third parties that are held under the Hydrocarbons Law. In addition, PDVSA, through CVP works executed financing services for the development of infrastructure for the country, roads, agriculture, cooperatives, health, education, support for Social Production Companies and any other productive investments due important trusts established with the Bank of Economic and Social Development (Bandes) and the Bank Treasury.
