DE-ICE
De-Ice is an MIT spin-out that’s developing ground and in-flight ice protection systems for the aerospace industry. De-Ice's electrical system generates time and cost efficiencies by replacing the incumbent on-ground chemical solutions with a technology that is faster, cheaper, safer and less disruptive to operations. The system is also a mission-enabler by allowing flights into and out of remote locations, as well as enhancing in-flight capability through eliminating bleed air.
