Dealist Solutions provides staff from the Contact Center IT department. In all divisions of the contact centre, the department is responsible for the introduction, development, and support of computer and communication technologies. In order to keep it up to date, the firm relies on technical support (a set of several powerful servers, several backup communication channels, access to the Internet, more than one hundred automated workstations, computer networks, telephone communication systems, ... etc.). The Quality Control Department focuses on the needs of various phases of a project in line with an ordering customer's standards as well as an entity's internal rules. On a frequent basis, top-management initiates QC independent job performance analysis. Because such activities are based on indices (i.e. production speed and final output), but still on customer service efficiency, it gives a full-scope staff assessment from several aspects.
