Del Mar College’s unique Rapid Track program is intended for students in all programs, ... allowing them to complete their degree in half the time. Through Rapid Track, students have the possibility to finish courses in six weeks and earn their associate’s degree in one year. Students who do not wish to jump right into the fast lane might want the combined option, which allows them to mix rapid track classes with the regular 16-week-long courses. There are also the standard semester programs offered at Del Mar College, with courses offered in the evening, daytime, on weekends and online. Student services, including academic and career counseling will help you decide if you are better off pursuing rapid track or Del Mar’s more conventional option. Once you embark on your study, counselors will also offer free guidance on career and transfer options. Free tutoring is also available for all students.
