DESKRIDGE

Deskridge Limited was set up to provide a high quality consistent frozen artisan bakery product manufactured under BRC standards which cannot currently be sourced in Ireland due to capacity and marketing constraints. These products are currently being imported from Germany, UK, Belgium and France. The process will entail a semi-automatic stone sole travelling oven with the appropriate ancillary equipment. R&D involving adaption of products to particular markets and working closely with customers to achieve this is central to the project.
