DIAMOND COUNCIL OF AMERICA
If you’re an employee in the world of diamond jewelry and want to increase product knowledge as well as your sales, then the Diamond Council of America in Nashville, Texas, may be the place for you. The council maintains close relationships with various members of the jewelry industry. When you become a member of the Diamond Council, your student life will be enhanced by the available resources and opportunities of these organizations. Academics at the school include three courses which lead... to professional certificates. These are: * General Diamond Course * Colored Gemstone Course * Advanced Jewelry Sales Course The courses give you not only advanced knowledge in the field of instruction, but also an in-depth analysis of the selling process. You’ll learn how to adapt to every customer, no matter what the product or occasion might be. Courses may be completed at your own pace. On average, it takes about 6 to 12 months to complete a program, although students may finish in less time. The school serves members of the Diamond Council only. To apply for membership, you can obtain an application on the school’s admissions website. There are additional membership dues that must be paid that are not included in the price of tuition.
