Given these rankings and the impressive performance of its students, Earlham is selective in its admissions process and more than 25% of its admitted students are in the top 10% of their graduating high school class. Admissions requirements include submission of transcripts, recommendation letters and an essay of intent. SAT or ACT scores are optional. Approximately 90% of Earlham students receive some form of financial aid. Earlham is sure to award as much scholarship and grant money as possible before awarding loans and work-study funds.
