An institution specializing in preparing students for technical fields in the workforce, Eastern Maine Community College (EMCC) is a small school with several training programs. Students can earn an associate’s degree, certificate, or diploma in fields such as: Civil Engineering Technology, Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), Computer Repair Technology and Electrical and Automation Technology. The policy for admissions requires that applicants possess a high school diploma or GED and have taken Algebra I as a pre-requisite for all programs.
