For those wishing to transfer, Eastfield also has numerous associate’s degree offerings in everything from religion to business. Through the Division of Continuing Education you may, among other things, take a class in scuba diving, GED prep, or enroll in a certificate program to become an EMT or phlebotomist. The career services division at Eastfield hosts job fairs twice a year where companies and organizations, both large and small, meet with students about job and career placement. The cultural offerings at Eastfield include a very active theatre arts department, which has student-performances throughout the year, as well as lots of club, community service and sports activities. Eastfield even offers tuition-free education to high school students who are at risk of dropping out.
