EBITDA Media was founded in 2006 by William F. Cobert, former President & CEO of CANON COMMUNICATIONS. EBITDA Media is an investment holding company for B-to-B media properties, and focuses upon building platform companies with integrated media capabilities in key niche markets. EBITDA Media is partnered with Veronis Suhler Stevenson (www.vss.com), a private equity buyout and structured capital fund management company dedicated to investing in the media, communications, information and education industries in North America and Europe. To date, VSS equity and structured capital funds have invested in 50 platform companies, which have in turn completed over 220 add-on acquisitions resulting in a portfolio with realized and unrealized enterprise values totaling approximately $9.2 billion.
