EEW Energy from Waste already significantly contributes to the protection of our climate and resources. The 37 modern plants at 19 locations within our corporate group energetically recycle approximately five million tons of waste each year, with environmentally friendly disposal. Even waste coming from combusted waste – primarily in the form of slag – is used for road construction among other applications.
