Emotiva is a deep tech artificial intelligence company specialized in measuring human's attention and affective states. It has developed computer vision and machine learning algorithms to detect and analyze micro facial movements encoded as Action Units (AUs), units of activation of a muscle or muscle groups that configure the expression of an emotion. Emotiva has developed EmPower, a SaaS platform in media analytics, to analyze emotional responses and measure people's attention levels while watching content. It has made a process that used to be complex and costly, easy and fast. Today it is possible to get insights on unconscious response in just a few clicks.
