It has a collaboration agreement with International Business Machines Corp. to deliver a host-based encryption solution based on the Emulex Secure Host Bus Adapter technology and IBM Tivoli Key Lifecycle Manager. The company was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Costa Mesa, California.
