ESCOFFIER SCHOOL OF CULINARY ARTS

Escoffier School of Culinary Arts offers fast-track degree programs for aspiring chefs, as well as culinary classes for hobbyists. The school’s curriculum blends traditional and contemporary cuisines, as well as traditional and progressive approaches. Located in Boulder, Colorado, Escoffier School of Culinary Arts has an additional campus in Austin, Texas. Academics consist of two professional programs: one in Culinary Arts and one in Baking and Pastry Arts. The Culinary Arts program teaches... students how to make traditional as well as contemporary dishes using updated cooking facilities and equipment. This enables students to get their professional training and begin working as quickly as possible. Escoffier School of Culinary Arts also offers Home Cooking classes. These brief enrichment classes are for individuals who have a personal interest in cooking. Anyone may take a Home Cooking class. Admissions to a professional program will need to complete an application and submit transcripts or GED scores, a personal essay, a resume and two references. Applicants will also need to interview with a member of the admissions team. Escoffier School of Culinary Arts offers financial aid through federal grants and loans, as well as institutional scholarships to students who exhibit exceptional talent and promise.More
