This program teaches children from Pre-K through 12th grade how the real world works. We give students reward money (fake) to students for good grades, good behavior, and much more. We take back the reward money for fines like bad attitudes, fighting, and behavioral problems. At the end of the semester there is a donated store from business' all over that help that the children can buy things using their money they worked for. It is a 100% tax write off for the business and helps the schools to ... teach children. Our company worked five years in a pilot school to do research and development. The schools grades increased 85% and the behavior decreased 75%. This program helped students to see that they had to work to get needs or wants. We teach them that there is nothing free in this world and everyone has to work to live. Children's job is to get an education so we pay them reward money to get it.
