ExpenseOn is an intuitive, safe, and economical way to manage your company expense reports. Through OCR technology, their platform recognizes the expense data and automatically fills them in a report. After this, user can submit it to approval. Approver receives a push notification in its mobile, which already notifies if the expense is in compliance with the company refund policy. After analyzing this, the approver can quickly accept or reject the refund in one click. If approved, the finance team will pay the relative amount; if rejected, it goes back to the submitter to be reviewed. Furthermore, it also offers the payment to employees in one batch, which could reduce cost up to 70% of the transactions and optimize time.
