FlySpa is an on-demand platform (webapp and smartphone application) in the wellbeing industry. We connect professional therapists with users who can order a massage when they want where they want within a few clicks. The concept is to ease the accessibility to massages and make it affordable to the public. To achieve such results we significantly reduce the pricing on a customer perspective compared to the market and we increase the income of therapists compared to a hotel, salon or spa. We give... the possibility to customers to book a luxury service within the hour at an affordable price. FlySpa takes care of everything, it is a win-win business model and we benefit of the first mover in Switzerland. We take care of the platform and apps maintenance, payment, agenda and booking systems. We select qualified therapists in partnership with one of the best massage schools of Geneva. Every therapists are highly trained, certified, experienced and reliable. We bring a large database of clients to therapists and we take care of the marketing and maximize the security of masseurs by using a live tracking system through a dashboard. The app is based on a geolocation system that allows customers to select through the application or through the webapp their desired type of massage. The customers need to enter the address where they want the massage (home, hotel, office or pin their locations), the length of the massage treatment they want and select the date and time. After selecting all these fields, the algorithm proposes the masseurs which match the clients' search criteria (specialized in the concerned massage technics and available in the requested location). The customers also have the possibility to use a gender filter and select the therapist they like based on their profiles. They can also refer to previous client’s ratings and comments. The service is available 7/7 from 08:00 to 22:00. The therapists come with all the necessary material (massage table, oils, relaxing music, etc..). We intend develop the concept in other cities in a close future and integrate other categories within the same platform such as Nails & Makeup, Sportive coach, Haircut, Manicure, etc.More
