At ForkTrotter, Foodies can order ethnic meals that are homemade by talented Chefs who have a culinary heritage from their native countries. ForkTrotter was founded in 2015 when Mariam moved to New York from Morocco, and was desperately craving her mom’s Seven-veggies Couscous. In Moroccan restaurants, Mariam was puzzled each time she saw Falafel (a Lebanese/Palestinian snack) on the menu and was never abl... e to get the homemade quality of the meals. She soon realized how non- mainstream ethnic cuisines are not authentic and there was no service, yet, for foodies to enjoy an ethnic meal that replicates the taste of eating a meal in another country. ForkTrotter allows you to cruise through a large selection of ethnic food from around world similar to a Globetrotter with a Fork. It is your gateway for culinary travel and discovery through multi-ethnic meals from remote cities and ethnic groups. ForkTrotter lets you replicate your past travel experiences by savoring meals you had during a time away, or simply for a really good meal, healthy, made with love, in an authentic way. Eating well everyday is possible, and shouldn’t be a luxury. We bring convenience to you by allowing you to order your meals, schedule them, and get them delivered to you when you want, either to your office, your home, or to the park!More
