FOX VALLEY MEDICINE

Fox Valley Medicine is a collaborative effort between patients and physicians to serve them and the family with quality, compassionate care. The mission is to coordinate health services through a contracted network of physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers. They represent at least primary care physicians, obstetrics and gynecological physicians. They concentrate on managed care rules so that the contracted physicians can devote their attention to each individual patient. They strive to build and maintain term relationships with both patients and providers. To act as a member advocate by securing a network of outstanding physicians and ancillary providers to give absolute and real quality patient care.
