For more than 40 years, Franklin County Career and Technology Center (FCCTC) has been the main source of professional education in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. FCCTC’s academics include programs for adults, recent high school graduates and current high school students. Students may earn diplomas in such fields as: * Automotive Technology * Building Construction and Trades * Cosmetology * Carpentry * Culinary Arts * Graphic Design * Information Syste... ms and Technology * Nurse Assisting Students in these programs also earn college credit so that they may transfer to Harrisburg Community College or another two-year college in the area. FCCTC also offers education classes to help high school students improve their math, reading and writing skills. Everything at FCCTC is set up to help students succeed in their profession. FCCTC does this by offering flexible classes and by sponsoring professional student clubs, including: * Health Occupation Students of America * Association of Agriculture Education Students * SkillsUSA FCCTC also provides support to students through personal, career and academic counseling services. Students may receive financial aid through various scholarships. Some examples of these scholarship programs include a scholarship for those going into healthcare professions, scholarships for students with a strong academic record and scholarships for military veterans.
