FRESHSPOKE
Wholesale buyers from restaurants, retail and institutions place orders using FreshSpoke's mobile or web app. Delivery is then arranged using FreshSpoke's shared delivery system that leverages the excess capacity that already exists in the food delivery system, giving commercial drivers, including local food producers, the ability to earn extra income delivering local food. The entire transaction is paperless; every aspect of the delivery from dispatch and routing, to arrival notification and or... der acceptance is handled on the driver’s smartphone. FreshSpoke is in the market and commercialized in Canada and the USA with a web app and three mobile apps. These include FreshSpoke buyers’ app, FreshDispatch app for Drivers and a consumer facing app called Local Food Champion that authenticates the source of local food served or sold by FreshSpoke buyers.
