*** ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR SEED INVESTMENT *** Fyrabend is a mobile app for iOS & Android that connects people digitally to meet in real life, primarily based on their respective availabilities. Users enter their current availability, see a list of other users whose availabilities somehow overlap with theirs, can check out their profiles and get in touch to meet in real life via the integrated chat. Fyrabend is primarily aimed at solo travelers, digital nomads, people new in town or simply thos... e who would like to meet others around them. We're a well-rounded team of three people - Valerie (Marketing and Communications), who's consulting businesses on social media topics since she's 18, Shargeel (Development), senior mobile engineer with 8+ years of experience and Paul (business and strategy), previously leading projects on digital business models in the mobility field. Our company is based in Germany and we're mainly working together remotely. We are currently self-financed and have launched Fyrabend in August 2021. We've been testing various marketing strategies at a small scale and were able to generate relevant insights and first users. We're approaching a point at which we'd like to apply our findings and accelerate user growth massively, as well as start monetizing through subscriptions and ads. In order to do this, we are now actively looking for financial backing by a partner who would like to join our mission.More
