The 10,0000 square foot facility won Architect Newspaper’s 2019 Best Green Building Award, describing the facility as a ”pharmaceutical-grade environment that meets highly technical specifications” providing “a better-quality product with greater yields while using 90 percent less water and 35 percent less energy than other cannabis facilities”.
