GBR’s main acquisition interests lie in Colorado, Florida, Oklahoma, and Texas, although it has acquired, and is open to, acquisitions outside these areas. The company was formed in 1987 by Rusty Richardson and Ben Latham and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma with an additional office in Oklahoma City.
