GC Lifeline is an internet based software company designed to help home owners become more organized, and to help businesses that interact with those home owners build stronger points of connection with them. The sales strategy that GC Lifeline will employ is twofold, first to develop key strategic relationships with agents and trades who will recommend software subscriptions to their clients at the point of purchase and second to provide incentives to subscribers to refer the software to... their family and friends. Currently the largest key strategic relationship is with a Coldwell Banker real estate office that has 19 real estate agents. Additionally, there are several organizations that have approximately 5 agents / trades. While there are several web based products that offer document storage they all have varying areas of interest/expertise. Dropbox is designed around simple storage and sharing of business related documents. The focus for Evernote is to provide simple file storage for notes and small files. Mega intends to provide highly secure storage for large files such as Movies/Videos. GC Lifeline differentiates itself by providing a logical storage system designed around the lifecycle of home ownership. GC Lifeline is a Canadian Corporation based in Edmonton Alberta founded by Matthew Birch and Joel McComeau. Mr. Birch has eight years of experience in business management in the equipment and construction industries. The success that he’s experienced leading both finance and operational teams will help guide GC Lifeline as it grows from a new organization to a healthy staple in the technology industry. Mr. McComeau has 5 years of experience in sales and business development with Alsco that will strengthen key strategic relationships with agents and trades, and help create additional key strategic relationships.More
