Global Outsource Solutions Group Limited (GOS) was launched in 2009 by Greg Armstrong after he moved to Vietnam to explore business opportunities in the IT Services and Website Development space. After living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for two years, Greg had built a core team and could see the opportunity to leverage the skills, passion and commitment of the Vietnamese developers with his Australian network. Looking back the other way he could sense an increasing appetite for Australian co... mpanies to outsource IT services, website and mobile application development and maintenance to trusted, highly skilled and dependable resources based else-where. Some clients had tried China, India, Ukraine, Indonesia and the Philipines with varying success. The GOS point of difference is that we can offer local Account Management and accountability for a team based off-shore that we employ, equip, train and manage exclusively to work on GOS client projects. One team is based in the beautiful Hue City in Central Vietnam, the ancient capital famous for the Nguyen Dynasty Citadel, Perfume River, food and culture. Hue is a University town with an abundance of young graduates. The other GOS engine room is based in the bustling and energetic Ho Chi Minh City. Home to 11 million people with its own RMIT campus. Our businesses development team are based in Melbourne which allows us to service client and offer personal interface between the client and our Project managers in Vietnam. Pete Burley, joined Greg as a partner in the business in September 2012. Pete’s addition to the business brings support to Greg and compliments his skill set as they execute their vision for the business, staff, clients and growth.
