GOME
GOME Electrical Appliances Group is an electrical appliance retailer in China, operating more than 1,200 stores in 280 cities in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. GOME Group has diversified development in the fields of retail services, real estate, investment business, and more with a total of 300,000 people and three listed companies under its control. GOME was founded on January 1, 1987, and successfully completed its initial public offering in Hong Kong in June 2004. In February, 2006, it received investment from Warburg Pincus and in June 2009, it received investment from Bain Capital.
