S Srinivasan – Chief Executive Officer & Global Executive Chairman
S. Srinivasan, also called Srini, is currently the Vice Chairman of Eywa Pharma and a member of the Board of Directors of Take Solutions.
Until November 2015, Srini was the Managing Director of SVL Ltd, holding company for the industrial businesses of Shriram Group, Chennai, for a period of over 4 years.
Prior to joining the Shriram group in October 2011, Srini was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Laboratories, and also the Head of Global Emerging Markets for Mylan Inc. He played a key role in the rapid growth achieved by Matrix, organically as well as through M&As. Matrix was valued at over USD 1 billion during the acquisition by Mylan in 2006. He brings an overall business experience of 27 years, including 18 years in pharma.
Vince Suneja – Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations & Global General Counsel
Vince is responsible for Sales & Marketing in the US. He plays a key role in formulating the sales strategy, positioning in the appropriate channel and finalization of contracts with the customers. He is also the global general counsel for the company.
Prior to Eywa, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of TwoFour Insight Group, LLC responsible for the financial management, operational oversight and strategic direction of the Company’s operations. Before starting TwoFour Insight Group, he worked with Mylan in senior leadership positions in areas of governmental affairs, policy, legal and regulatory. Prior to this, he was the First Secretary, Market Access and Compliance Attaché at the US Embassy in New Delhi, India.
Vince earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business, Masters of Law in Global Health Law and a World Trade Organization Certificate from Georgetown University Law’s Institute of International Economic Law Center, and a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law.
Kavit Tyagi – Senior Vice President, Business Development & Global API Sourcing
Kavit is responsible for Business Development, Licensing and API Sourcing. He plays a key role in identifying, finalizing in-licensing opportunities and managing these relationships. He is also responsible for managing the supply chain for the US market.
He has over 18 years of diversified global experience in finished dosage formulation & Active Pharmaceutical ingredients. Prior to joining Eywa, Kavit was associated with Kyowa Hakko USA Inc as Sr. Vice President – Marketing, Strategy and Product Portfolio – Biopharmaceuticals & Amino Acid. Prior to Kyowa, Kavit was the Head – API Sales & Marketing and Product Portfolio (API) of Mylan Laboratories for North America.
Kavit received his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Nagpur University in India and his Masters in International Business Management from IMT Gaziabad, India.
Prasad Uppalapati – Senior Vice President & Head of Cranbury Site
Prasad is the head of Cranbury manufacturing site and is responsible for overall operations there.
He has over 30 years of experience in varied functions such as Production, Formulation development, Scale up and Technology Transfer, Validation and Process Optimization, Contract Manufacturing, Project conceptualization, justification and management of pharmaceutical operations etc. He has commissioned manufacturing facilities and has successfully led his team in achieving the installed capacity utilization within one year of commercialization of the plant. He has successfully faced multiple audits by various regulatory agencies including US FDA, MHRA UK and various other agencies. Prior to Eywa, Prasad has worked for companies like Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc., Novel Laboratories Inc., Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Inc. and has handled various dosage forms including Oral Solids, Oral Liquids, Topical solutions, Topical Ointments, Creams and Nasal sprays.
Prasad earned his MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Nagpur University in India.
Paul Davis – Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Paul is responsible for Key Account Management & CRM for the US market.
He started his career with UDL and rose to become Director of Sales with Mylan Laboratories Inc. He was also associated with McKesson Corporation as VP – Sales and National Accounts and was instrumental in expanding sales to institutional and Long-Term Care (LTC) markets as well as revamped the relationships with key partners.
Paul Davis has done his MBA, Marketing - University of Phoenix - Phoenix, Arizona and BS, Political Science and Sociology - Houston Baptist University, Houston, He has extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical industry spanning over 26 years.
Keith Giunta – Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs
Keith is responsible for Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance for US.
Prior to joining Eywa, he was Director, Regulatory Affairs with Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and has extensive experience in the preparation and execution of regulatory submissions to ensure high quality with an overall objective to receive approval within the shortest time frame. Keith was also Director, Dosage Outsourcing & Formulation Project Management and Director, Regulatory Affairs in Matrix Laboratories, Inc. prior to joining Mylan.
Keith received his B.S. Biochemistry and B.S. Business Management from Virginia Tech, Virginia
Sameer Pradhan – Senior Director, Quality, Cranbury Site
Sameer is responsible for the Quality function in Cranbury manufacturing site.
He has over 23 years of experience in managing quality functions as well as regulatory compliance related to the manufacturing, packaging and testing processes of solid oral dosage form, sterile compounding, liquids, creams and ointments. His experience encompasses implementation of global quality systems and supporting global regulatory filings. Prior to Eywa, Sameer has worked for various companies like Pentec Health Inc., Sun Pharmaceuticals Inc., Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Inc., Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and has been the key single point of contact at site with regulatory agencies like FDA, DEA, EU health authorities etc.
Sameer earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from Bombay College of Pharmacy in India
