The Generative AI OPPORTUNITY

The Generative AI Opportunity

AI is the biggest opportunity for business differentiation in a generation. Leading companies are seizing this opportunity through:

  • A road map that prioritizes specific AI initiatives linked to business value
  • A broad range and sources of AI talent
  • An enterprise-wide approach to developing and deploying AI

Others are lagging because they lack foundational capabilities to create value from AI at scale:

  • Focus and a clear strategy for AI initiatives
  • Talent with all the required AI skill sets
  • Functional integration that enables deployment of end-to-end AI solutions

Approach

The Braid Approach

Braid works with our clients to identify a focused set of Generative AI use cases, aligned to client strategy. We have experience of building enterprise use cases, and apply this to help clients select use cases with real value but also achievability.

We work with a targeted set of core technical learning materials from those licensed by our client (Python & LLMs). We deliver our own broader enablement, covering design thinking, collaboration, and enterprise integration. We coach participants throughout this capability development.

The Braid Virtual Studio is our platform for project delivery.  The studio includes: ·

  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) methods with AI-Engineering and Design Thinking extensions. This provides a proven process for client teams to follow. Braid & client teams work with their Product Owners to keep development aligned to business value objectives.
  • AI-enabled assets to support and guide client teams.  ‘Boxer' is an AI-enabled learning assistant that helps teams' deliver generative AI applications quicker with a carefully selected knowledge base.  'Waterfall' is an AI search classification engine that we use to keep on top of a fast-moving technology landscape. Waterfall runs in offline mode, but has a small online version, called 'Cascade'. 'Salon' is an automated test harness generator.
  • Boxer, Waterfall, Cascade, and Salon are available to clients' teams for use in their work, and to our clients as templates or solution construction aids.
