Subscribe NowINDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis-based outsourced accounting and tax firm mAccounting has been acquired. inDinero, a financial solutions firm headquartered in Oregon, says the deal will allow it to "supercharge" the mAccounting platform. Financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
mAccounting provides cloud-based bookkeeping and tax services for businesses. inDinero says the acquisition will fuel its next phase of growth.
"Founders need both real-time data and a financial partner to help them make smart decisions, secure investment, and scale," Keddrick Stuart, chief operating officer of inDinero, said in a news release. "Combining inDinero’s technology with mAccounting’s full-stack finance expertise is the key to leading the change in this industry."
inDinero says the acquisition continues its strategy to bring together to talent in the startup and nonprofit industries. The deal follows the company’s acquisition of Silicon Valley-based tempCFO last year.
