#InternationalAngelmanDay - raising awareness for a rare neurodevelopmental disorder that affects 1 in 22,000 to 1 in 52,000 people worldwide. #AngelmanSyndrome impacts chromosome 15 resulting in intellectual and developmental delay. Patients and families are crucial partners to our #ASresearch, and through our interactions, our #Emmes team has grown close to many families in the community. Without them, our research wouldn't be possible. We're privileged to be part of this community, making strides in developing outcome measures that capture meaningful change for patients and families.
