Our business is actually very simple. We build a fiber-to-the-home network, pick up some customers, and keep them happy with our stress-free approach to service. Rinse and repeat. That said, we can't do any of this without people, and IQ Fiber continues to grow because our employees put our customers above everything else. Because of our growth in 2024, we were able to add nearly 100 new roles throughout the company this year, including in our newest market (Savannah, Ga.). Over 30 of our employees received promotions in 2024, and we anticipate this trend continuing in 2025. IQ Fiber reached 7,000 followers this month, and we appreciate you following our journey on LinkedIn. If you're Open to Work, check out our Jobs tab -- it's constantly being updated. Everyone at IQ Fiber hopes you have a great final two weeks of 2024 with family and friends. #Jacksonville #Gainesville #Savannah #NowHiring #FTTH #Hiring

PROMOTED: When we started IQ Fiber, it was our hope that we could help local college students with a bridge to a great career. Connor was a talented information technology major at the University of North Florida when we hired him part-time as a Junior Network Technician in 2023. He has done an amazing job at managing his role along with his studies, earning him a promotion to Network Operations Technician to coincide with his graduation in December. Connor has been invaluable behind the scenes as our network has evolved into a reliable machine that serves tens of thousands of people. His customer-first focus is perfect for our organization, and we simply wanted to shout to the world that we are immensely proud of him. #FTTH #Jacksonville

As Hurricane Milton leaves our service area, we are proud to report that IQ Fiber’s network is 100 percent operational. Despite widespread power outages and tree damage in our North Florida service area, our customers remained online through it all. Milton was a historic storm, and our team’s expertise, dedication, and readiness ensured we delivered reliable, high-speed internet, even in the toughest conditions. After working through two major storms in just three weeks, we’ve gained invaluable insights that will help us serve our customers even better in the future. While we’re grateful our network fared well, we know that many others were not as fortunate and suffered significant damage. Our thoughts are with those communities still recovering, and we extend our support as they rebuild. We’re grateful to our team for their late nights, the weather experts who kept us informed, and those working around the clock to restore utilities across the region. As we continue to expand, we’re taking everything we’ve learned to ensure we’re ready for whatever comes next. #HurricaneMilton #FTTH #NetworkResilience
