Meet Lasawni Reynolds, Launch Tennessee's new Senior Capital Associate! 👋 In his role, which brought him to Nashville, he focuses on ecosystem building and supporting idea-stage and early-stage entrepreneurs, with particular interest in healthcare, edtech, and future of work startups. His approach to venture capital is driven by the excitement of previewing future innovations and supporting the entrepreneurs shaping them. Born in Jamaica and raised in Indiana, Lasawni's journey through tech and entrepreneurship began at Purdue University where he majored in Finance and was exposed to several case competitions. Following work as a management consultant serving Fortune 10 companies in Houston, he began helping friends navigate launching their own startups, which led to a transition into venture capital in Tulsa, OK.
