At Content Coms, we’re a small company that champions openness, transparency and ethical values-driven ways of doing business.
That’s why we’re sharing our 2021/2022 Climate Disclosure & Social Value Report – which covers our last financial year.
Published today, our Report is the culmination of many weeks of number crunching crunching (which has also been useful as part of our B Corp Assessment – which is in the very final stages of review by their audit team [fingers crossed].
We might be a small company, but our everyday actions contribute to the big picture of climate change. We greatly consider our influence on local communities, with Social Value Impacts that let you know we don’t just talk about it - we walk the walk.
Here’s our pick of this year's headline stats:
- 81.7% - of our business comes from the energy & clean tech sectors
- 81.9% - of our work comes from SMEs
- 5.5% - of our net profits go to charity (⬆️ from 2%)
- 4% - of our total staff costs are attributable to social value / volunteering
Content Coms (incorporating Work in Mind) first started to publish disclosure reports in 2019 as part of our sign-up to the Creative Climate Disclosure initiative. My understanding is that very few other agencies have continued to make this effort to be transparent about their business operations.
