Logicearth is moving up the Fosway 9-Grid: here’s why...
It’s with great delight that Logicearth Learning Services, at this point in our evolution has moved into the “Core Challenger” Fosway 9-Grid for Digital Learning.
Paul McKay and I founded Logicearth in late 2009 in the middle of a global financial crisis and ironically joined the fantastic organisation The Creative Engagement Group in April 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic. Being part of the group has propelled the execution of our strategy, bringing new opportunities and investment at a pace.
The Core Challenger position is a fair reflection of where we are in our journey, growing rapidly and more often nipping at the heels of our larger competitors. Our learning services are agnostic, an approach that our clients really value. Each of their requirements deserves a fresh approach, no matter what learning content, technology or methodology is required. We are not laden with intellectual property that we have to sell; we think, scribble, scratch heads, collaborate, chew the cud and find the best solution for each requirement.
There is no problem we cannot solve. This is evident in the types of blended learning programmes we are developing at the minute, quite often not in the learning platform but in places where people naturally gather. And, now, being part of the group, we can further elevate our services with access to an incredible talent pool of Creative, Behavioural Science, Employee Engagement, Capability Development, Scientific Engagement, Events Experts, a Digital Team and much much. Never mind our extensive global network of like-minded and curious companies and talent.
In addition to our core Learning Services, we are pushing to solve ever more strategic business problems. This year will see us launch several disruptive products & services to answer this call, watch this space! We are also looking to recruit and expand our presence in the USA.
So on reflection, we are delighted to be a Core Challenger at the moment. If our plans come to fruition, we’d hopefully be tracking upwards on the grid in its next iteration. If we do, it will be down to our fantastic team of Senior Learning Consultants, Learning Designers, Learning Experience Designers, Digital Learning Designers and Learning Technology Consultants who continue to make the magic happen.
