Looking forward to Speaking at the In-House Counsel Institute at Santa Clara Law

I'll be speaking at Santa Clara Law's In-House Counsel Institute on Saturday, February 20th.  My talk will cover the legal basics of Open Source software, including how to safely use it in the development of proprietary products.  An emphasis will be placed on mitigating legal risks and protecting the commercial developer's intellectual property rights, while respecting the IP rights of the Open Source software developer.
