Nonexistent customer service - comms encourage patients to call or text for support but every call is met with an automated message stating that all operators are busy and to "try again later." Texts remain unreplied to.

8moExtremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Rula. Despite providing clear evidence of overcharges and discrepancies in billing, their representatives have been unprepared to settle this simple dispute. It is evident from my documentation, including proof of payment, explanation of benefits, and communication with the insurance company, that I have been incorrectly billed for additional copays. The lack of timely response and failure to provide a satisfactory explanation for the double charges have caused significant financial hardship for me. This experience highlights the poor customer service and inability of Rula's representatives to handle straightforward billing disputes. I hope the Rebrand means a real change for good and to follow the mission outlined for oneself and not just lip service.
